Since graduating from Wharton School of Business in 1993, George Karibian (MBA, BIS), has successfully managed and developed a range of new businesses which has led him to his current role as Managing Director of the UK's leading online office equipment business – Euroffice. Starting in sales and management at Omnicomp Graphics, Texas, George went on to work on European acquisitions at Honeywell in Brussels. He then moved on to Honeywell's Middle East operations where he played a key role in building their regional HQ infrastructure for their $100m business. |  |

This led to George moving to Prague, to establish Honeywell's ESCO start-up in Eastern Europe. ESCO specializes in providing the energy sector with self-funding process control solutions. Within one year, he had developed a business with a $30m project pipeline across Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic and Russia.
In 1997, George left Honeywell to join INET Technologies in London, where he was responsible for establishing the company's EMEA. Within two years, he had developed a highly successful $80m p.a. business with offices in the UK, France and Germany. Inet IPO'd on the Nasdaq in 1999. With his International experience and strong business acumen, George has amassed significant experience of business development. Moreover, having taken his own venture to the top of the UK online ladder, he offers a wealth of insight on both specific industry issues and broader business concerns. George Karibian regularly contributes to leading industry magazines and speaks at international conferences. |

Jeff Whiteway, CEO and Philip Lawson, Sales & Marketing Director. The dynamic double-act will share their success stories in acquiring and growing companies. Jeff, with twenty years in the OyezStraker Group, was appointed CEO in 2004 following a spell as COO. Jeff joined the group through the acquisition of Marathon stationers, a sub £1 million dealer. Under his leadership over the last few years the group has grown rapidly to over £170 million. Philip has completed his tenth year in the group, having been previously at UK Paper and starting his career at Dudley Stationery twenty years ago. |  |

| Richard Carvell is General Manager of Viking Direct (part of Office Depot International), the leading supplier of office products to small to medium sized businesses in the UK. Richard Joined Viking in 1993 and has worked in various marketing and management roles. He helped to develop their first data warehouse in 1997 and was instrumental in introducing customer segmentation. Previously working as European Director of Marketing Planning, in 2004 he rejoined the UK business as head of the Viking mail order division. |  |

Ian Lawson has a background in Logistics and has spent the last 13 years working in different HR roles. Currently he is the Training and Development Director at Lyreco, a £275 million office supplies company based in Telford. Ian reports to the MD and is a member of the senior management team so has a unique perspective when planning people development strategies.
Lyreco invest heavily in their people and in particular their sales force which numbers 650 people across the UK. |  |

Russ is responsible for the expansion and development of all business and industrial and Local markets for Google in the UK. Over the last 3 years, Russ has provided education, awareness and in-depth market analysis of specific sectors such as Business Services, Manufacturing, Classifieds, Careers and Local markets. He has extensive experience in search advertising having been Head of Sales for Overture (Yahoo Search) UK and prior to that, Head of Sales and Affiliate Programs for Espotting Media (MIVA). |  |

Russ is responsible for the growth and strategy of these markets and has worked to develop major advertiser's online search strategies over the last 7 years for clients like Deloitte, PWC, Reed Elsevier, Dun & Bradstreet, British Gas, Yell and Premier Farnell.
He was last year voted by B2B Magazine as one of the top 20 influencers in B2B Marketing and sits on the IAB B2B Council and is also a regular conference and event speaker on behalf of Google. Russ lives with his wife and two young daughters in Mill Hill North London and enjoys playing golf and poker. |

His role is to drag, cajole, entice and coerce marketing professionals kicking and screaming into new ways of thinking and new ways of communicating the value of their brands.
